Caiti Hachmyer on Land Justice

In the upcoming book Land Justice: Re-imagining Land, Food, and the Commons in the United States, Caiti Hachmyer writes about her experiences on the land as a beginning farmer in California.

In this video, Hachmyer shares her experiences as a farmer, and reveals her concern about land not being available for young farmers.

We need to think about the way we relate to land, and the expectations we have of folks who are stewarding the land who have no ownership over that land.
